While this essay is about leveraging tools (AI is one of it) to break through the "city walls" I feel like you caught me right where I'm constantly thinking about it: as I'm also making American dollars working mostly from home and spending them in Indonesian rupiahs. I was honestly waiting for the other shoe to drop, but I really like that you end it on a realistic yet hopeful note for us to pave the way for other people to get in (bulldoze them open! wow!). Can't think of a better way to drive this debate to home!
